I want to echo what Kevin, and others, have said.  We have been pleased with our HOA BODs. We’ve been here 6 years and have been pleased.  Steps have been taken to try to curb people (residents or visitors) from speeding or not stopping at stop signs.  Then the complaints come about those measures.  Nothing is perfect, and never will be.  Sure, there can always be improvements, if truly necessary.  Ultimately, from my opinion, we are pleased here, as well as with our current BODs. An HOA can be draconian; but, I don’t believe that is the case here. I’ve been in thankless jobs before and haven’t enjoyed them.  Clearly, the HOA BOD positions are either not appreciated or hated.  For here, I don’t hate our HOA nor have issues with our BODs.  Anytime I need to speak with any of our BODs, they will take the time to talk because I’ve experienced it with them before.
