I was also wondering about school busses. I don't have children at home so I am not sure when they exit. If during the time frames mentioned, the school district might need to be notified.
What about those who don't use the community email?
I know this is a crazy problem. Sometimes I miss our 2 way access roads!

Good concern, but the buses do not exit thru the north/back gate. They exit thru the main entrance gate.

I know this is a crazy problem. Sometimes I miss our 2 way access roads!

No one want to pick a fight with a neighbor. I am sure everyone assumes that you havepermission to block the community street/exit and are simply trying to alert usof the date and time which is appreciated. Many of us do not have a side access and havehad to pay for workers to remove fencing (and repair yards) to carrylandscaping and other supplies over our front yards to build pools or simply tolandscape yards. I know this is an addedexpense. The back exit is required andit took a long time for us to resolve that issue.
This is a wonderful neighborhood and we all enjoy livinghere. Please help us all work with you to resolve a very short term problem.

I would point out that the Anderson’s have no access to the side or back of their yard without the driveway leading to the back exit. In fact, we did not buy that house partly because of that issue. For most of us, our projects don’t block other neighbors, but the Anderson’s don’t have much of a choice. One day of minor inconvenience is not that big of deal. I didn’t see anyone upset when the Board built the wall, which resulted in the back exit being closed intermittently.

I would point out that the Anderson’s have no access to the side or back of their yard without the driveway leading to the back exit. In fact, we did not buy that house partly because of that issue. For most of us, our projects don’t block other neighbors, but the Anderson’s don’t have much of a choice. One day of minor inconvenience is not that big of deal. I didn’t see anyone upset when the Board built the wall, which resulted in the back exit being closed intermittently.
