Gators: Training Opportunities Update

Gators,Following are some training opportunity updates for the remainder of this week...Tonight, 8:30pm-9:30pm: Tri Swim class as usual... we had about 12-13 in the water on Monday night... please join us if you are interested in getting in a good swim workout... all experience levels are welcome from "I'm allergic to water" through "Michael Phelps-clone"Thursday, 6:30pm-7:45pm (or 8pm-9:30pm): We've decided we're just not quite ready to move indoors and get in one more weekday evening ride (with the pool deck trainer workout as a backup if we have poor weather).  The plan is to leave promptly at 6:30pm from our usual Egypt Rd./New Mill Rd. parking lot meeting spot for a Schuylkill River Trail ride.  We can accommodate all pace groups.  There will likely be a fast pace group (average of 20MPH+... To Conshohocken and back... 23 miles) and we can also have a second moderate paced group (16-18 MPH... Through Norristown and back) depending on turnout.  If the weather is too poor to ride, I'll send an e-mail to let you know that we're moving indoors for the 8pm-9:30pm pool deck trainer workout (e-mail will be sent by no later than 5:30pm)... No e-mail message means we are on for the outdoor ride.Saturday, 7:30am: SRT bike ride from our usual meeting spot.  The location might be moved to French Creek but same start time... If this happens, I'll send out another e-mail by no later than Friday early evening.
