Finally heard from my girlfriend Kathy who lives in Brick NJ, on Barnegat Bay on the New Jersey ICW. She finally got power back this morning, but a bunch of her friends no longer have houses. The barrier islands got totally nailed. There are now 2 new inlets to Barnegat Bay, including one where the Mantoloking Bridge used to be, and another new one in Seaside. The houses where the new new inlets are .. those houses are now in the middle of the channel in the Bay. Whoever asked about the Jersey ICW the other day .... forget about that route for awhile.
