Dear Neighbors, Rainbow pressure washed our park play set system today. Please note: All the plastic components have been removed and our not-for-use play set system is surrounded by caution tape. The commercial play set system is not to be used for any reason until the warranty parts process completes. Regretfully, we are not happy that this process may take several more weeks. The Rainbow representative was very conscientious. After he completed the pressure wash this afternoon, he shared next steps and offered guidance on what appears to be many potential warranty parts. We are specifically requesting from Rainbow his continued engagement and oversight of this project. We understand the inconvenience for the many children and parents that enjoy the park play set system. We appreciate your kind patience as we continue to go through this meticulous warranty process for the benefit of the whole community.
