The meeting was called to order by Chris Plum, President.

(after potluck lunch)

1. Elections: 30 Ballots returned. All officers were elected unanimously.
   These terms end on March 18, 2017.

            President:                           Susie Manke
   
            Vice President:                 Ted Mittelstadt
   

Secretary:                          Chris Plum

Treasurer:                          Missy Manke

2. Current Board Members:

            Tom Smith
   
            Richard Donnay
   
            Tammy Corral
   

Because Ted Mittelstadt was elected Vice President, there is an opening for
a new Board Member:

Nominations were taken from among those attending and Marisela Franco
accepted nomination and was confirmed by a unanimous vote of those present.
In addition to joining the Board, Marisela will be on the Show Committee.

Lori Mo and Jeff Ohmann will both be joining the Rescue Committee.

3. We will continue with 4 meetings a year in conjunction with the club
   meetings at:

Owatonna (next is March 19, 2016, next year)

Cambridge (June 20, 2015)

Manke's (September, final date to be announced)

St Cloud (December 5, in conjunction with our Specialty show)

Additional teleconferences if needed

4. Show schedule discussion:

            Same as in years past or is a change needed?
   
            A good deal in St Cloud, very low expenses and even make a
   

little money

            - Newf's get too hot in Cambridge so not a good idea

• Proposal made and accepted: St Cloud this year but look for options next
  year

5. Water trials: Various club members have information - so let's see if we
   can make it happen this summer!  Who can help and should be get someone to
   come do a seminar?

6. Ted and others were in the St Pat's Day Parade. They had perfect weather.

7. National Newf meeting/show in early May in RI. 500 newfs in one place.
   In 3-4 years the Specialty may be in the Midwest, Illinois? We might have an
   opportunity to help with the logistics.
