Community members and implementers:

If you have code you'd like to contribute, we need to know about it!

In order for your code to be considered for inclusion in the v3.2 release, the following deadlines must be met:

By Friday, November 23, please send an email to the TALK list outlining your proposed contribution. Please structure your email according to the new functionality proposal checklist available on the project wiki (http://wiki.collectionspace.org/display/collectionspace/Code+Contribution+-+New+Functionality+Proposal+Checklist).

If you have already proposed a contribution, please send a reminder email to THIS LIST pointing us to your documentation.

By Friday, November 30, all code must be available for the project team to review. All review requests must be submitted to the WORK list with a link to the wiki page(s) for any API docs, and either a pull request, or link to a publicly accessible repo for the code.

Complete details about the process are here: http://wiki.collectionspace.org/display/collectionspace/Process+Around+External+Contributions+of+Code

We know there's a lot of good stuff out there, and we want to make sure that we have time to review it - and possibly integrate and test it - before the v3.2 release in December.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Angela
