Spring Workout Update: Our club
coaching staff met earlier this week to discuss our plans for the spring. Early spring is a big transition month for us
as we gain daylight and degrees on the thermometer and start to move outdoors. Here’s what we have planned for the next few
months…March: No changes to our current
schedule.April-June:Mondays and Wednesdays: No changes to our current schedule...10am-11am:
Tri Swim Class (Don Schlichtmann)8:30pm-9:30pm: Tri Swim Class
(Steve Durante on Mondays and Maribeth Baker on Wednesdays)Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays: The plan is to get outside as
soon as we can, hopefully sometime during the first half of April (with some
indoor workouts still scheduled and also as a backup in case of inclement
weather)… Stay tuned for more details coming soon!
New Seminars: At our
recent coaches meeting we confirmed the following two seminars…Saturday, March 28, 9am-10am (following shorter bike workout
due to the following day’s Love Run): Analyzing
and Using Training Peaks Data…
Well, we provided you information on how to get your data into Training
Peaks. Now what do you do with it? Our Head Coach, Danny Friend, will discuss
this and answer your questions.Monday, April 6, 7:45pm-8:15pm: Conference Room-based Swim Clinic (will end in time for the
regular Monday evening Tri Swim workout).
This will be conducted by Kinetic PT.

Workouts: Remaining workouts for this week include...Sunday, 3/15: We
do not have planned group/coached workout, but just a reminder that run
workouts are now being posted on Training Peaks in the Friday (shorter run with
intensity) and Sunday (longer run with a small amount of intensity) slots
