During these difficult economic times, most of your municipalities have probably experienced budget cuts. Often out of state training is one of the first cuts. I am curious as to how many of your municipalities have cut the travel and training and how that has impacted your opportunities. Our office was forced to reduce its travel and training budget by 30 percent. We are taking advantage of cheaper alternatives for training such as IMLA's telephone conferences or seminars put on by local bar associations or the attorney general's office. How have any cuts impacted your opportunities to travel for training? What are some alternatives you have explored? Speaking of travel and training, is anyone planning to attend the Mid-Year Conference? I am attending as well as one of the Young Lawyer Members from Las Vegas.
