The likely reason that John's note, below, just showed up here on the
Talk list is that the collectionspace.org domain is managed by a
widely-used domain name service (DNS) provider, Namecheap, that has
been subject to a distributed denial of service attack today:
http://techcrunch.com/2014/02/20/namecheap-ddos/
The CollectionSpace wiki, JIRA issues tracker, and its demo site,
demo.collectionspace.org, among others, while up and running, have
thus been inaccessible at various times today. More specifically, at
times today, your browser wouldn't have been able to obtain the
Internet addresses for these sites via DNS.)

P.S. Thanks to Jason Eppink of the Museum for the Moving Image for
looking into this today, and letting us know the cause of these
outages.

??John,
Thanks for the heads up. Our domain registrar suffered from a denial-of-service attack today, which left several CSpace resources inaccessible. Jira is back up and running.
Thanks,
Megan
