Library of Congress 2020 Literacy Awards - Call for Applications

Colleagues,

The Library of Congress has just issued the Call for Applications for the Library of Congress 2020 Literacy Awards. The LOC will be accepting applications from January 13, 2020 to March 6, 2020. More information about the awards may be found at   http://www.read.gov/literacyawards/ including the application at  http://www.read.gov/documents/2020-literacy-awards-application.docx and the application instructions at http://www.read.gov/documents/2020-literacy-awards-application-instructions.docx .

The NCL has long been a partner of the LOC's http://www.read.gov/cfb/?&loclr=reclnk, which "promotes books and libraries, literacy and reading, and poetry and literature." I encourage you to learn more about these prestigious awards and consider submitting a nomination.
