Greetings: I have reviewed a number of AIA contracts for architectural services. Same basic form. I am not fond of the AIA contracts. The contracts appear to me to be skewed in favor of the architect and are protected by copyright. Do any of you have a basic contract for professional services or specific to architectural services that you commonly use that better protects the interest of the municipality?
