foreclosure of delapidated building lien

Colleagues,

My client city followed the Oklahoma statutory dilapidated building procedures for a decrepit motel.  It was determined to be dilapidated, detrimental and a hazard....  Notice/Hearing requirements were followed. With no resulting resolution the city finally caused the building to be torn down and removed.  The cost was provided to the owners/mortgage holders.  Payment was not forthcoming.  A lien for the demolition/removal cost was ultimately filed with the County Treasurer.

Are you aware of any city/town in Oklahoma that has filed an action in rem to foreclose such a lien against real property?

Mike Vanderburg did some for the City of Okmulgee, but I don't have access to paper files.  Maybe an OSCN search? It would have a CJ case number I would think.  It would be pre 2015 if you search Okmulgee.
