We have had a great response from those who are enjoying our
virtual fitness classes. In hopes of having more people join in the action
we would like to extend and invite to friends and family members for next
weeks classes. The classes are Monday -Thursday at 7:30am and 7:30 pm and
are only 30 minutes in length. No experience is necessary and we promise
you a fun, engaging, work out taught by full time martial arts
professionals with decades of experience producing fitness results. Whoever
has the most classes attended by you and your friends at the end of the
week will win a free family dinner of your choice
(local restaurant preferred) , delivered to you by me. You can share the
Zoom links below for next weeks classes, also we will only be counting the
adults that addend the classes. We look forward to helping you reach your
