Hey guys,
Because I registered our club this past summer as an Ironman club we receive early entries to certain events. Ironman 70.3 AC is one of those. If you are interested in singing up early I NEED your name as it is on the active account no later than SUNDAY so I can put it into a spreadsheet and forward it on.

Hi TriClub Presidents & Directors!
Many of you may know that today we announced our newest IRONMAN 70.3 race in North American, IRONMAN 70.3 Atlantic City!
One of the benefits of being part of the IRONMAN TriClub program is the opportunity to register early for first year events. The inaugural IRONMAN 70.3 Atlantic City will take place on September 18th, 2016. Because your club is considered “local” to New Jersey area or because your club is in Division I, we are excited to offer your club members the opportunity to enter the race before General Registration opens.
In order for your members to register early, please submit your rosters to me in the attached spreadsheet. We are looking for the First Name, Last Name and email address of your club members as it appears in your athlete’s Active.com account. If we do not receive the request in the format specified in the spreadsheet, your members run the risk of not receiving the email link. The spreadsheet must be submitted no later than 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Monday, October 26th.
Your club members will receive a personalized link from us to register on Tuesday, October 27th at 12:00pm, Noon (EST). They will have until Friday, October 30th at 11:59pm (EST) to register. General Registration will open on Monday, November 2nd at 12:00pm, Noon (EST).
Once your members receive their invites, please understand that these cannot be shared. They need to be used by the athlete who requests early registration. If a husband and wife share the same email for example only one of them will be able to register. You will need to submit individual emails for each member.
As soon as your members receive their link, please encourage them to register right away so we can trouble shoot problems before General Registration opens. Anyone needing assistance should contactTriClub@ironman.com. We will be available for assistance M-F 9:00am to 5:00pm.

One of the benefits of being part of the IRONMAN TriClub program is the opportunity to register early for first year events.
