I agree - this is at least some recourse for their overcharging you. I live in Ft. Myers/Cape Coral and know many local people with boats (other than myself). I'm not here to badmouth based on 2nd hand experience, but if asked if I've heard anything about marina X, now I have. I would be very unhappy with a bill at 2x the estimate also.
