We are planning to go offshore down the Pacific coast- Mexico, Central
America, perhaps through the Canal to the Caribbean. Any
recommendations out there for blue water insurance for trawlers?
I am a very satisfied customer of Al Golden at International Marine
Insurance Services, aka IMIS. He advertises in Cruising World,
Passagemaker, and several other magazines. He and his family have crossed
the Atlantic in their own sailboat in the past.

Sailing Forum in pre-internet days.

When you find someone to provide a quote make certain that coverage also
includes coastal & inland waters of the countries you intend to visit.
