Fellow Old Boys,
The Quins are looking to host a true auction and take bids well ahead of time for any items donated. In the past we simply sold raffle tickets to those in attendance. This mean a good deal of the donated items did not bring in as much as we expected.
This new process will allow a larger group of people to be included in the process.
That said, please let Oli, Frank or me know if you are willing and able to donate anything we can auction off.

We are planning a fundraising event for July 18th. Details and needs listed below.
Who: All Quins, family, friends, other
Denver rugby groups, coworkers, passers-by, just-for-tonights, men,
women, all ethnicities, cultures, counter-cultures, merry-makers, and
the like
What: Silent Auction & Drink up ($20 a head draft beer and wine)
When: Friday, July 18th, 8pm-10pm (The Rover is also open before and after these hours)
Where: The Irish Rover (54 S Broadway, Denver, CO 80209)
Why: All proceeds will help fund Denver Harlequins RFC for the 2014-15 season.
AUCTION ITEMS NEEDED: deadline JUNE 27
- Donated Prizes
- Services, work, skills, favors (car wash, house cleaning, painting)
- Dates for the ladies (Speedy, Slam, Mikhail, others?)
- will need Bios or this will be left up to Oli and myself
- Anything else that is auction worthy (no drugs, or "explicit" sexual favors)
Please submit auction items and ideas to Oli. We want to solidify this list by the end of next week, June 27.
