Hello Gators,Following are this week's training opportunities (to help get you started with Gators Fitness Challenge week 1)...Today, 10am-11am and 8:30pm-9:30pm: Tri Swim classTuesday:7:30pm-8:15pm: Running on Y indoor or outdoor track (meet in the Y lobby at 7:25pm)8:30pm-9:30pm: YogaWednesday, 10am-11am and 8:30pm-9:30pm: Tri Swim classThursday, 8pm-9:30pm: Bike/trainer session on the Y indoor pool deckSaturday, 7:30am-10am: Bike/run brick. Will take place at either the Schuylkill River Trail or on the Y indoor pool deck (depends on weather; location to be finalized and communicated later in the week). Majority of workout will be on the bike with a short 15-20 minute run immediately following.
PS - We will be rolling out a modified Tuesday/Thursday training schedule either the week of October 13 or 20 that will include a tri "boot camp" class led by Michelle as well as some spinning, some bike trainer sessions, and some yoga. Stay tuned for more info coming soon!
