On their web site, in the technical section
(http://pdqyachts.com/power/34technical.htm) PDQ claims that, to meet CE Regulations for both Class A (Ocean)
and Class B (Offshore) requirements, they've done hydrostatic stability
analyses which show that the Powercat 34 has positive stability up to a heal
angle of 72.4 degrees. (The graphs are available for inspection.) I'm sure, to
some extent, this is good salesmanship, but I have not seen anything
comparable on other manufacture's web sites.
