One of my clients is involved in a lawsuit that includes claims of
violations of the Open Meeting Act & Open Records Act (by the other side),
among other issues.

The other side is a public body but not a municipality.

We need to schedule mediation. Do any of you have recommendations as to
mediators who are familiar with these laws? Bonus if they are also familiar
with emergency medical/ambulance services.

Thanks,

Kim Spady

I am. 😊 Well, I’m very familiar with the OMA and ORA, but not as much emergency medical/ambulance services.  I mediate through DRC (Dispute Resolution Consultants) - http://www.drc-ok.com/ewing_cv.  You can schedule with me or one of the other DRC mediators through the link at the bottom of my business card below.  Just a thought. 😊
