Red-necked Phalarope at Amherstview Sewage Lagoons

For folks in the area with a permit, a Red-necked Phalarope (found by Kurt
Hennige) is currently being viewed at Amherstview Sewage Lagoons, west of
Kingston. KFN members in good-standing already have permission to enter the
lagoons but must carry their membership card at all times.
