used to estimate fuel consumption by a diesel engine. It's expressed in lbs.
of fuel per HP per hour (I think). I had it once, but this darn computer has
forgotten where I...er, "it" stored it. Thanks in advance.
In response to your question. In his book "The Troller Yacht Book" I
believe that George Buehler used the value of .06 gallons per horsepower
hour.
