Hello all, A colleague’s City does not manage municipal gas services but is responsible for negotiating proposed rate increases presented by the natural gas provider or challenging the same before their public service commission. They are discovering that their known utility consultants either do not work in the natural gas field or are conflicted out due to current relationships with the regional natural gas provider. If anyone has consultant referrals they could make, particularly ones experienced in natural gas rate reviews and with experience serving cities in the Midwest, they would appreciate any referrals.
