A member shared their notes about what changes to grants they've seen so far and I am attaching that. 6. As mentioned on today's call, here is the DOJ OVW FY 2025 Sexual Assault Services Formula Program that contains a list of "out of scope activities" that notes that these activities must be removed from the application. These include "promoting or facilitating the violation of federal immigration law" and "Promoting or facilitating discriminatory programs or ideology, including illegal DEI and "diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility" programs that do not advance the policy of equal dignity and respect, as described in Executive Order 14173, Ending Illegal Discrimination and Restoring Merit-Based Opportunity.
