I have been beating my head against the side of the boat in an attempt to find a relatively in-expensive yet highly functional stablization system for Skinwalker our MT 49 PH.  Right now I am stuck on roll tanks and I don't recall we have discussed them in some time..  I know there are at least two T n T ers that have them.  I would like any one with experience to comment on them and then the rest of us can dogpile.  Specific answers could estimate cost of determining vessel abilitiy to react to tanks, cost of design, a reccomendation of passive or active roll tanks and cost of tank, plus the go to person in the industry.  Keeping in mind we have a 50' boat and a 20 ' boat budget.
