What if you could find a way that is fun and uniquely yours to express and integrate the changes you truly wish to see in your life? What if you could push a creative "RESET" button this Spring, just like Mother Nature does? Those are exactly the questions I set out to answer when I created this intention setting workshop. Using the transformative power of process painting and expressive arts, you will spend the day clarifying, expressing, processing and integrating your intentions. And we'll do it together!
