In this workshop, we'll examine the roles, strategies, challenges and goals of each of the 4 hats every artist in business should be aware of to create a successful business. We'll assess your business in each area, and identify the challenges and opportunities for growth for each part of your business - creation, leadership, operations, and promotions.
