A member is seeking an ordinance/regulation from a local govt. that requires a policy be established to safeguard government property (such as artwork, historic furniture, collectibles, antiques, etc.) by means of a form of a documentary system, like, for example, an inventory or "library book-like" system. If anyone has any sample ordinances addressing this issue, please send them my way to akarras@imla.orgmailto:akarras@imla.org and I will pas them along.
Thanks,
Amanda
