Zeppelin University is a state-recognized and accredited private university
founded in 2003. Currently organized in three academic departments bridging
business, culture and politics, we are dedicated to excellence in interdisciplinary
research and teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Although a

for the following academic positions:
The successful candidate will represent the field of strategic communication
in research and teaching. Teaching areas include marketing communication,
consumer research, advertising and public relations. The successful candidate
should have a strong background in these or related areas, demonstrated
through solid publications in renowned international journals. A significant
involvement
in training in empirical methods is desired.
The successful candidate will represent social scientific communication and
media research in research and teaching. Involvement in training in empirical
methods is expressly desired. Possible research foci are empirical media effects
and reception studies, media politics, media systems, as well as journalism
and/or public relations research and public communication. The successful
candidate should be recognised through relevant international publications in
one of these or related fields.

We expect: In addition to an outstanding research record, excellent didactic
skills teaching demanding courses in the bachelor and research-oriented graduate
programs as well as programs of continuing education, an interest in
transdisciplinary research and a readiness to contribute to the acquisition of
research funding.
The usual prerequisites are required for an application, including a Habilitation
or Habilitation-equivalent scientific achievements. The Zeppelin Universitהt
