Quins,

We're at about the midway point of the summer. I hope everyone is doing well. If you haven't given the upcoming Fall 15's season much thought, now's the time to start. Official 15's training sessions will likely begin sometime in Late July or early August and our first 15's matches will likely be sometime in mid to late August (exact schedules are not yet known). That means we're only about 45 days away from a new season. Are you ready!?

Our summer 7's program is delivering great energy and excitement which we will build on and continue to grow this Fall. I encourage everyone to attend at least one 7's training a week between now and the start of 15's season.  Obviously we should all be working out on our own, but there is no substitute for running, rucking, mauling, passing, and tackling with your rugby mates on the pitch.  This is a very exciting time for the Quins and I am very excited to share it with you!

Cheers,

Casey
