Can anyone share the amount they charge for land rental for a billboard lease and how you arrived at that number?  Is there a formula?  Any pitfalls to be concerned with?

This one will be off I-40, so a high traffic area.  Right now, the request is for a one-sided billboard, but could foresee that they may ask for a digital one.  Or if you don't know, but are aware of someone that handles a lot of contracting for billboards, can you direct me to that person?

Any input would be greatly appreciated!
