Our next scheduled event is our annual meeting, which is always held either the second or third Saturday in March. The week before a number of the members and their dogs will be in the Cross Lake S Patrick’s Day Parade.

If you register for newflink@nsnewf.org you will get on the distribution list for future events. We do 4 to 6 events each year.

Our next meeting will be on March 19 at the A.F. Reding Center (Izaak Walton League Chapter House) in Owatonna.

Ted will be sending a flyer with a map and directions a few weeks ahead of time. The address is 1546 SW 58th St, Owatonna, MN. 58th Street is also known as County Rd 31.

We generally start at noon with a pot luck.

Our program will be related to water work – we will probably look at some videos of water trials, discuss the specific exercises and hope to announce the date of a water workshop.

We will also have a meeting of the Northstar Newfoundland Club Rescue Committee as part of the meeting.

Dogs and prospective members are welcome.

Did I miss something? I haven't heard anything about the Cross Lake
parade. We always love to come, but I will be out of town (US Virgin
Islands!) 6-13 March. St. Paddy's official day is the 17th. Do you know
when the parade is?
