Take a look at Corinthian Yacht Club....$1.25, located mid-bay at the mouth of the Potomac. I assume that's in the affordable range, clubhouse, pool, laundry, some covered slips too. They have a monthly event.....Sept is Lobster, Oct is Oyster Roast....see website for specifics but if you are around this fall, it's a place to consider. We will make the Oyster roast!
