The Merlino Art Center Third Thursday event is back again this month! Three Tacoma artists; Alex Lee, Audrey Tulimiero Welch, and Angela Wales, will have their studios open to the public on July 19th for Tacoma's Third Thursday. A group exhibition will be upstairs in studio 5 featuring work from these artists, as well as paintings by Tacoma artists Alan Rushing and ceramic work by Abigail Flynt. Enjoy another live painting demonstration this month in studio 5, as well as live acoustic music and free food + drinks. We invite everyone to come out and meet the artists, learn about their processes, and enjoy some real Tacoma art. Work will be available for purchase in the Artist studios. Walk up the hill on 6th Ave and enter the building through the glass double doors. There will be someone at the front letting people in the building. Each artist's studio is upstairs to the right.
