I came across this interesting HP Journal article again whilst searching for "KVD calibration"; I thought it would be of interest to fellow volt-nuts who haven't come across it before: <http://www.hpl.hp.com/hpjournal/pdfs/IssuePDFs/1966-04.pdf> It's mostly about their HP standard resistor product, which is an improvement on the NBS Rosa type, but it includes a short section on their precision voltage divider and a most impressive photograph on the cover.
