Fellow Attorneys,  In Eufaula, I have had a Council member serve for many years and he took all of his required trainings. He chose not to seek reelection and has been off the Council for a few years. He recently was appointed and agreed to serve on the Council again to fill a vacancy. Does he need to take the training?
