All-

Below is an email I received from my friends over at the DA's office, which deals with expungement processing fees.  You may want to join in, if it affects your jurisdiction.  We currently do not charge a fee, but likely we should.  Wanted to pass along the info.

Thanks,

CV-22-1976 Oklahoma Co.

Hello,
I just wanted to bring to your attention the above-referenced case number, wherein the Plaintiff, Michael Risley, has filed an injunction requesting that the Court not require a processing fee for expungements, naming Valley Brook as the Defendant. As this likely impacts your jurisdiction, I thought you may want to know. Oklahoma County has given counsel 45 days for briefing on the matter, with a 20-day response time. I encourage you to review the Petition, as it may have an impact on how you proceed in these matters Additionally, there was a hearing on this issue with argument and a court reporter was present, should you require a transcript (I was not there).
