The University of Michigan School of Information invites applicants for the
U-M Presidential Post-Doctoral Fellowship Program (PPFP). Faculty at UMSI
have a successful record of providing a nurturing and productive
post-doctoral experience for Presidential Post-Doctoral Fellows. A list of

In keeping with the PPFP program, we are interested in future colleagues
who engage in research in the broad field of information and whose research
addresses the perspectives and/or needs of groups that have been
historically underserved by academic research. The School of Information is
particularly interested in candidates whose research focuses on
characterizing, understanding and/or reducing social or economic inequality.

The PPFP offers the possibility of either a postdoc alone or a combined
postdoc and tenure track faculty appointment. There are two places to
