Those are being wantonly delivered drive-by style all over the city by (censored). They have been carpet-bombing our neighborhoods with them for weeks now and they don't plan on stopping. 50,000+ a week cast willy-nilly into our streets and gutters and eventually into the Sound. We want to stop this madness. So, every week we are returning the ones we find in the street to sender. This week we are making ART with the thousands of bags we have collected in homage to the artist duo Christo! Let's weave these bags together to spell out words or sculptures. or maybe a performance piece. This will be a blast! Bring your family, bring your cameras.. and bring those pesky plastic adbags of death. Let's tell (censored) "We're not going to take this!" And make some art in the process. Care to join us? "Return to Sender" them clearly on the lawn or at the front desk. Keep them out of the gutters.
