Bill, I wonder if they will be attacked by pirates at Waterford, as has been known to happen. We have our own strategy, ya know ... Hmmm just looked it up, this particular boat was built in France, I hope they are carrying the approriate wine. And I hope they don't realize the Port Regulations they are certainly about to violate are actually fictitious.
