Good afternoon and happy Saturday. Great news to share. We are getting those annoying potholes and eroded asphalt areas repaired. Starting this coming Monday the repairs will begin. This process will take approximately 2 weeks. All streets may have repairs. This includes the side exit street. The process includes removal of asphalt with saw cuts followed by excavation. Hot mix asphalt will then be installed. To keep the repair schedule on track we need your help. Please avoid or limit parking on the streets especially in areas that are obviously in need of repair. Any disruption to our street usage will be minimal during this time. Be aware of the workers. Let’s do our part to ensure everyone goes home the same way they left. They will take the appropriate safety measures to provide visibility to our residents and community drivers. There will be more to come on the next steps and timing for the top spray coat to be added to the streets. Thank you for your support and patience during the next two weeks. Have a great weekend.
