Proposed minor contribution to CollectionSpace master (addresses Maven 3 issue on Mac OS X, Linux)

I've made a minor proposed contribution to the CollectionSpace
post-3.2 master branch, which works around a bug that prevented the
use of Maven 3 on platforms such as Mac OS X and various Linux
distros.  That proposed contribution can be found here:

https://github.com/collectionspace/services/pull/86

Unless there are any concerns from the community, I'll be merging
this change into master on Thursday, 1/24.

See below for more details.

Thanks,
Aron

Background on CollectionSpace 3.2.1 - and on contributions such as the above:

Recently, the CollectionSpace development team at UC Berkeley has been
focused on working closely with their Museum Informatics team
colleagues on near-term implementation work: version upgrades for two
campus museums, the Phoebe A. Hearst Museum of Anthropology and the
University and Jepson Herbaria; and the rollout of a new system for
the UC Botanical Garden at Berkeley.

However, the dev team has also made a number of modest contributions
to the CollectionSpace master branch, beyond the recent v3.2 release,
focusing on specific functionality and bugfixes that are also needed
in the short term by these campus implementers (and which presumably
will also benefit museum implementers in the CollectionSpace community
worldwide).  These post-version 3.2 contributions, which target a
proposed, near-future, minor release of CollectionSpace, v3.2.1, can
be seen here:

These contributions have so far been made by the Berkeley team
without prior notification to the Work or Talk lists.  At Patrick
Schmitz's recent suggestion, any further work on v3.2.1 will be
announced, with opportunity for comment, to the project team and
community, as is being done in this particular case.
