2021 Vuecrest Assessments
Be on the lookout for your 2021 Vuecrest Assessments of $305 annually. They will be in the mail to you soon. This year you can easily pay by check, electronic pay, or credit card.

Winter Pruning and Trimming

It’s that time of year again. Please be mindful of any overgrown landscape, trees, or hedges that may block your neighbor’s view. This is a good time to cut everything back. Thanks for working together on this. If you have any view challenges, Neighbor to Neighbor is always our first line of defense and is usually the best option.

Homeowner REQUEST for all Dog Walkers

Thank you for picking up after your dog while walking in the neighborhood. We all appreciated your attention to detail. One additional request is that you dispose of your special pick-up packages in your own bins and do not use your neighbor’s bin even if it’s conveniently close. There are some people without pets who have been unpleasantly surprised by the fragrant additions.

November Voting Results

We were happy to see that over half of the Vuecrest Community turned in their ballots to vote on the new 2021 budget and elected Directors. The budget was approved and the two Directors elected were Chris Bodiford and Judith White. If you are interested in helping out on a committee, or serving your community in any way, please contact Chris Bodiford at president@vuecrest.net mailto:president@vuecrest.net. There’s always something fun to be involved in.

Newsletter Correction
Last month I inadvertently listed David Pitkethly as part of the UW Department of Neurology, he’s actually part of the UW Department of Neurological Surgery.  Sorry about the mix up, David.
