Apologies for the lateness of this report (reported it to ebird, but am not a CTBirds subscriber):
A Bedford Audubon Society (New York) field trip to the Broad Brook area yesterday (Sat. 11/10), manged to locate the previously reported Barnacle Goose at Broad Brook Millpond in Broad Brook, along with 7 Greater White-fronted Geese (4 ads., 3 juvs.), at least one Cackling Goose, 2 Brant, and a Snow Goose, along with an estimated 3,000 Canada Geese by 3:00.  There were also a Black Scoter and a Gadwall on the pond.  Barnacle Goose first seen around 2:00.
