Fellow Attorneys: One of my Towns (No Charter) has a fee schedule for building permits. The fee schedule for building permits may be changed by resolution. If my Town wants to modify and add a percentage for credit card usage, can this be by resolution also or would it take an ordinance? Thoughts? Thanks,  Kay Wall
