THIS WEEK IN TRI CLUB (September 28-October 4)!
This week we will end our evening outdoor ride series with a couple of
short rides (note the start times... 5:45pm on Tuesday and 5:30pm on
Thursday) and we'll continue with the new swim workout schedule that's been
in place for a couple of weeks.
Also, if you have not already done so, don't forget to register for the
fall Gator Fitness Challenge, which begins in ONE week on Monday, October
5! See the post under "Announcements" and post a comment if you'd like to
join the 40+ Gators already signed up!
Just a reminder to please observe social distancing before, during, and
after our workouts and always have a mask with you as those are the best
way to ensure that we can continue to offer club cycling, running, and swim
workouts.

by going 30 minutes that way and then we'll turn around and go 30 minutes
