I'd like to show you all a very fine little video concerning boating
safety, wake laws, and showing proper respect for sailboats.  There's even
a section on proper anchoring.  And it very well explains why I own a
trawler with an oversized engine instead of a sailboat.

Now, before you think this is a boring safety video, remember who sent you

Fred
You really look spiffy in your white pants and white captain's hat with the
spaghetti on the front.
I bet no one could identify the sport fish boat make/model that Rodney
Dangerfield was on.

I immediately recognized the sport fish boat that Rodney Dangerfield was
running as a STRIKER. Had a friend who worked on one as a mate in Atlantic
City in the Farley State Marina. The one in this movie is quite unusual in
that they almost all had tuna towers and a hard top over the fly bridge. But
I did find a photo of an identical one here down in the middle of the page
http://www.striker-yacht.com/Shipbuilding.htm
It's a 1978 model and the movie Caddy Shack was made in 1980, so it
correlates.
