Hello Birders If anyone in the Quinte West area is in need of a Rough Legged Hawk for their winter list the bird I reported 3 weeks ago is still present one Regan rd just north of Richards rd. Its obviously staked out this area as its winter territory. It's a juvenile with classic light morph field marks. Observed at 1:50 February 7th. Cheers and Good birding Mike Williamson
