The City of Perkins is looking for a municipal court prosecutor. They are hoping to find someone who lives or offices within 30 miles of Perkins. Thanks, Tammy The City of Perkins is seeking to retain counsel to provide legal representation for Municipal Court prosecution, including jury and non-jury trials, arraignments, motion, disposition, and juvenile dockets, and appeals to District Court. A qualified candidate must have current admission to practice law in Oklahoma courts, a minimum of 5 years' experience as a practicing attorney, and experience in criminal law and conducting trials. Experience in municipal law is desirable, but not required. The candidate shall work or reside within a 30-mile radius of Perkins.
